  Overall I had a bad experience getting my floors redone by Bell. I would not use them again. The job took about twice as long as estimated. When one of the workers got sick, they never sent another person to help him. This significantly extended the job. Although I should note the craftsman doing the work was skilled and very professional. At the end of the job the sealing of the floor seemed poorly done. There was some dust stuck in a few places, and the floor under the dishwasher was but sealed flat. I'm not sure what they use to seal the floor, but it has not held up well. Compared to the old floor seal that was original to the house, the special sauce Bell uses scratches much easier and seems to be more susceptible to water damage.
